I wonder if with the striper die off in the winter, if that doesn't supply enough of a food source for catfish to make enticing them to a hook very difficult? Maybe there's just too much food available for them in the winter, that and maybe a slower metabolism?
Anyone with any thoughts on the matter? I'm still gonna try for them but just wondering. I've picked up a couple of ideas on the internet that I'll be using.
