That's awesome Cliff! Let me know how it comes out for you when you try it. I have a lot of Striper filets in the freezer and so many different recipe's to try, that I can't see me trying that right now. That might be a fun thing to try in the houseboat one evening at the lake?? Thanks for the video, it was entertaining!
