The dirt ramp is the best option for close parking while crowds are low, but it looks like it goes from flat to steep right into the water fairly quickly. I saw a few people launch there but didn't see anyone retrieve.
The Exec ramp is definitely operable and water is up on the concrete now, slightly above the boilerplates. The right side is blocked off with cones but you can fit 2 vehicles side-by-side on the left side for now. The walk up/down to parking is gonna be killer as the crowds continue to pick up.
