1 ft. lake rise.

WOW! I looked at water-data this morning and the Lake came up just shy of a foot yesterday!
Can't recall that ever happening on Oct. 21st (probably has) in my 35 years poking around down there.
I'm headed down today and quite curious about tomorrows launch scenerio. If it keeps coming like that 2.0 wil be under water.

Well were sitting here in the San Juan and it is dumping again.
Rained pretty hard at times last night also.
I would think the lake will come up at least another foot by tomorrow maybe even more by Saturday.

Not as hot as the last 3 or so years. And size seems down though healthy.
We primarily target large and smallmouth.
There is a huge school of stripers prominent on the finders but have only lightly trolled and spooned with no success.

Sunfish are caught often and an occasional crappie.
Started to pick up a few larger smallies today.
Not sure how this quick rise in water is affecting them and also the moon coming on.
Got another 8 days so hopefully get on the biggies.
