Jon and Inge Gilbert were the couple that made the flags. He contacted me and said they may be interested in doing that again. He would like to know how many flags may be needed before he commits. (It is easier to make 20 flags instead of 1000)

If you would like a new flag please respond here or send me an email (waynegustaveson@utah.gov) After we receive your responses we will set up a quick way to order flags.

Maybe we should go back to the old days and have a SHAD* rally at Wahweap in the spring or fall. Anyone want to spearhead that event?

I'd be proud to display one for the fishing boat and one for the houseboat!
Seems like a great way to meet fellow wordlings!

We had a great following and support group, we helped support Wayne and our fishery. The rally was a good thing bringing all of us together as friends, Reguardless of social or economic status. We made great memories.

The best part of being a Wording / SHAD was you were never alone on the lake. We were a non profit organization of volunteers to promote and educate visitors to protect and preserve our fishery for future generations, and what Wayne's Words represents. Take a kid fishing.
