What time in the morning will Wahweap ramp open Fri, May 15th?

Anybody know what time Wahweap launch ramp will open this Friday May 15th? The last few weekends it opened at 7AM. Now that it's opening 24/7, does it open at Midnight on Friday or do we need to wait until 7AM.

I would like to be at the launch ramp at sunrise this Fri if it's open. It's sooooo hard to get specifics from the NPS.

What if a barrier ‘happened’ to slide a few feet down the ramp before 7 am Friday??....winds can get pretty strong out there.....

It's the first time they haven't specified a time so I would probably go for it. Sunglasses, mask, dirty license plate.

May 15th is when they said the ramps will be open. May 15th starts at 12:00:01AM or 24:00:01 in my book.
