I just saw the photos posted by KY Kevin (excellent by the way) one photo shows a guy holding up an umbrella rig with 3 strippers I checked the Utah fishing regulations and it says you can only have 3 lures with hooks on one line, So my question is how many lures can you have on an umbrella rig. Headed down Sunday I hope everyone who was there to see the solar eclipse is headed home. Dennis from Junction

You can legally only have 3 Dennis, but you can use two UM rigs per person, with 3 on each. So you would think they would let you use 4 hooks on a rig made for four with one. But not yet. Wayne made it a really liberal fishery though with no limit on Walleye or Striper, 20 smallmouth, 25 catfish, 50 Bluegill, 10 Crappie, 5 Large mouth. A guy shouldn't go hungry with these limits, even with only 3 hooks

And I just got my umbrella rigs ready, Hyper Stipers, and plenty of Walleye assassins, they are a pain in the arse, but they work. And its pretty fun catching 3 at a time. But I really don't troll unless I have to, much rather catch them casting. But I don't like casting Alabama rigs, which are basically the same thing just a little smaller.
