I want to plan a fishing trip to Lake Powell. I am in Phoenix AZ. and want to stop and fish for 3 days on my way back to Nebraka. I have my boat with me and am not sure about using the ferry to get to bull frog.

Or fish out of the south end. Launch out of Wahweap, or Stateline, or the Antelope Point Marina public ramp. That way you don't have to go out of your way to go to Bullfrog (Bullfrog is about 100 water miles upstream from Wahweap).

Lots of choices in page and a couple at bullfrog, I am not familiar with halls and don’t know what is there for lodging. Sorry.

Halls has campgrounds (electric/water) a store with gas. You can also rent a modular home that is very nice inside, they have several and It will be very open as not much traffic this time of year. To Wayne's point, no need for the ferry as Hall's is 3 hour shot to I-70

In Bullfrog you either have the Defiance House lodge on the lake, or Ticaboo about 12 miles away. There are also "family units" (single wide mobile homes) both at Bullfrog or Halls.
