Looks like the 1st 2025 Trash Trackers should be out this week. Looking forward to an update😎👍

Seems like every trip we find a trash ‘theme’. This past week it’s been chairs for some reason. Found these in Face Canyon, Davis Gulch and a small unnamed cove near Forbidding Canyon.

Some worthless bum left an entire EZ-Up type shade shelter on top of a sandbar at back end of Cedar where I camped the night of 3/31/25.
I was jumping around sleeping in my boat in different spots each night.
I was only in my 1850 Ranger and the shelter was too big to pack around for a few days so I did not pack it out.
I felt like I was the bum leaving it there.
It is still bothering me right now that I did not pack it out.

We’ve been unable to retrieve numerous partially-exposed ez-ups over the years. They blow off houseboat roofs, or from camps onshore, into the lake and sink. Then they get buried in silt such that they’re virtually impossible to remove without TNT.
Sadly this one was folded up and just laying against the toe of cliff where it transitions to the sand bar.
Could not have been left more than a week or two when I found it.
I have no doubt it was damaged, but to just leave it there…
I did pick up their beer cans.
