How many visitors saw the gnome before he went under water?

Definitely a "she" unless "he" is facing away. Hard to tell for sure for multiple reasons.

We spotted him/her/ancient alien near the Rincon last spring and watched as the water rose over the summer and he went down with the submerging land. we Hope he comes back this year.
