Wayne when do you estimate the spawn it seems like this weekend is good except for the wind?
Between now and June 10th. The spawning trigger is a fast rise in Water temperature. It is 65 this morning - too cool. But if it jumps 10 degrees from the cool morning temperature to 72 in the evening that would trigger spawning. Wind in the afternoon does not allow the water temp to rise that much. So a calm day with a rapid temp rise is what to look for.
