Bottled Jalapeno Sauce (green Cholula Sauce)
1 tablespoon cilantro, chopped
1/4 teaspoon lemon/lime pepper
Garlic Powder to taste
Flour
Olive Oil

Spread jalapeno sauce on fillets, sprinkle with chopped cilantro, lemon lime pepper, garlic powder.
Cover or wrap in plastic wrap.
Let marinate for an hour
Dredge in flour
Fry in Olive oil , (important to have Olive oil hot before placing fillets in oil.)
Cook until done to taste.
