I am sure Aramark will step up and cut the rent to the covered slips, buoy fields and rental docks, my question is when will it happen.lol

I would be surprized if Aramark does anything that will cost them money. I worked for them for ten years and know they are the kind of Corporation that will fire you just before you are ready to retire so if they are willing to do that, what does that tell you. My manager at the houseboat rental dock would say " don't worry about that houseboat, they are already mad so put them last". So their repair would be put at the end of the list. Opposite of how I feel, put them first and try to recover a customer. I hope I am wrong about slip fees.

From everything that I have seen, the slips are still accessible and have power and electric. Aramark is fulfilling their part of the contract.

Your issue isn't with Aramark.
