Up for Sale Week 35 2026 and every year after (this is Labor Day week) on Serenity. Perfect week, the temps and water are still warm and the lake is not packed.
• This boat is 65 long, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, twin engines and 12.5KW generator, residential AC unit, large battery bank with 4000 watt inverter, water slide, New 55 inch smart TV and Starlink. Many more options
• This is a 14 owner boat with a great group of folks where everyone is required to lean in and help. We manage a lot of the communication regarding the boat through a private FB page. We have 3 officers that help drive a lot of the projects, tracking costs, etc
• This boat is located in the slips at Bullfrog (N4).
• Multiple Previous Lake Powell and House Boating experiences are REQUIRED.
• You will be required to submit a boating resume (template can be provided).
• A Knowledge Workbook Check is required to review with one of our houseboat officers prior to taking vessel from slip. (1 time effort).
• Annual dues will be due ~Feb of 2026. Historically our dues have been $2200.
There are a handful of floating weeks that owners can reserve (based on a priority list) as well for a cost of $100/night out of slip.
