Just returned last Monday from a week tent camping and fishing. Smallmouths were hard to find . Trolling for stripers was really good .caught all we wanted . Silver flicker minnows seemed to work the best . Water temperature around 66 degrees. Weather was fantastic, water leavel was dropping, we had to reposition the boat every morning. Was a lot of work setting up camp as we had to haul a lot of wood and camping gear.

We also caught some nice catfish.

CONGRATS! You give us other 70 'somethings' hope!! (y) (y)

How cold was it....and do you use a heater in the tent?
Rainbowbridge
The nighttime temp were in the low 40's,one night was 36. No heater, wife puts a foam mattress on our cots and sleeping bag and blankets. We had a fire in the morning before the sun came up but it warmed up as the sun toped the mountain
