In May I had a Smallie pull my favorite rod out of my prosthetic hand.
I nearly had it to the boat and put rod in my prosthetic while I reached for net.
While reaching for net with good hand the cable holding my prosthetic relaxed and said Smallie pulled rod out of bad hand in to 31’ish FOW.
I marked it on gps and spent many hours dragging big trebled lures for it, to no avail.
Now water is down maybe one of you fine WW’ers will find it.
I will pay $100 for this sentimental rod to get back to me.
It is a Cabelas FishEagle 6’ tan/goldfish color (no
longer made) with a Stradic 1500 on it.
It is back end of Forgotten in appx. 20’ of water now so might be able to be seen on a calm day.

I wish you would have posted a week sooner... I was there this last weekend and we had several divers who would have been happy to grab it for you for free.

I'll put the word out and see if we can get it returned to you.

That would have been awesome and that is an incredible offer.
I thought about posting a week or two ago but was hoping to get down there myself this week but weather/grandkids put a kibosh on it.
If you find it with divers I will at least pay for a tank recharge or lunch or something!

I think we are trying to get back next month. Ill check back in on this thread before I head down. I'll let others know in the meantime.
 
Pole has been found and returned!!
Todd Paul and his son Jace headed down to Bullfrog a few days ago so I gave them the gps screen shot.
They headed to the coordinates and within 10 minutes and on fourth pass Jace, the son, hooked it!
They cleaned it at AIS dunk tank and even delivered it to my house in person!!
Amazingly kind of this fishing duo!
They would not accept a reward other than going on a walleye fishing trip next May and they each accepted a couple packages of Elk steaks.
