Rivers above Lake Powell are running at 50 % of average. The snowpack is about 50% gone. The upper reservoirs, especially Navajo, Flaming Gorge, McPhee and Vallecito are filling and taking most of the runoff in the Green and San Juan and some of the Colorado. My early optimism(My guess was 3603.75) has turned to pessimism and if I could have a second guess it would be lower than the lowest guess at 3582.Where's the run off? Yikes! Snow has melted and nothing of much consequence has come down.
