New handicap spots in Bullfrog

Apparently they aren't marked well enough. At least that's what this driver thought.

It has been there for a couple days and no citation. But there is a truck parked not far away, trailer in tow that backed their trailer off the parking area and did get a nice orange sticker on their drivers window. Oh, that truck does have handicap plates.

Signage is odd... Is the spot on the left made for a truck and trailer while the spot on the right, just for a small car?

Both spots are designed for tow vehicle and trailer. The Subaru kind of parked in the middle.

Signs could be better but it's pretty obvious that it's disabled parking.
