to me

Three of us fished Navajo canyon on Friday, in proximity to the 2 nd sandbar/ dune, or ~ 1-2 miles below unnavigable water. The water was stained some, so mostly used rattle traps, green Rapala deep divers in ~ 10-30 ft. depth. We trolled slow, but did best @ 3.8 mph on the sonar. It might have been a little less. We filled the large cooler with med. & small striper, few smallmouth, mostly dinks.
We got caught in the storm got severely pelted with hail, cold rain.

Sat., went to Warm creek, but could not seem to get them going, so after lunch, went back to Navajo, boat traffic bordered on insane. Nicer day, but fish were not as active, either. It was fun, but did not load up, despite our valiant efforts.
I needed a week to figure out the routine.
Thanks for info.,
Lou
