Camped in Navajo canyon from 5/29-6/4. Fished the Dam, mouth of Navajo, and the second point on the left past the twin rocks in Navajo for stripers. We caught them on average at a rate of 10+/hour. The highlight of the trip was the willingness of all the other species to bite. There were many times where we weren’t counting fish, rather how many consecutive casts we caught a fish. They were a little deeper than usual for the water temperatures. We caught a grand slam of fish by day 2 including striper, walleye, large and smallmouth, crappie, blue gill, green sunfish, and catfish. The weather was the best we’ve ever had with little to no wind, cool nights, and warm days. Tight lines.
