I came up expecting to fish from Lone Rock to Navajo and all parts in between. As it turns out, my boat never left the marina. I caught fish everywhere in and around the docks that had some kind of hump or drop-off.
Heads up though. Most are skinny, very skinny. For some reason the fish caught near the fishing dock were in worse shape than elsewhere around the marina.
I cleaned some of the skinny ones to use as bait. I was catching more on striper chunks than chovies.
Only reason I left was the crowds.
