Another not Lake Powell but----- Whitefish Lake in Northern Mt - from my bro - his friend caught this guy and another almost as big last week - on hotdogs!!! Thru them both back!! Not even ice fishin!!! 55 inches; 40+ lbs!!

Those are totally Kokanee's that I got on lake Dillon. The inlet is the first place to freeze in Colorado . I drive by it every day waiting for ice. We use little jig tipped with shrimp. For the first month after freeze fishing is incredible. So fun to catch and great on the smoker.

14" Perch, almost 1.5 pounds. Caught about 20 like this on Christmas Eve and Christmas Morning, Boysen Reservoir WY.
Kokanee up to 4lb, Fontenelle Reservoir.
