1) Put fillets on a sheet of tin foil.
2) Completely cover the fillets with Italian dressing

3) Fold tin foil into a leak proof packet.

4) Heat foil packet with any heat source. On a BBQ grill, in the oven at 350*F, in a skillet on a stove burner, on a campfire grill, etc.
5) The foil packet will puff up when the Italian dressing starts to simmer. That's when the timer starts and simmer for 10 minutes. Cook on one side and do not turn over.
6) Remove from heat. Open foil packet from the top so marinade does not run out. Enjoy!
