My thought exactly, no crosswinds around there though(sarcasm). Not sure the status of the windsock on that strip, but the one at Fry Canyon is practically nonexistent. As gusty as the winds are in the spring, a windsock probably can't be trusted.

I just can't find that runway on google maps...just a very worn dirt strip.

Well I did get to spend a VERY private 3 days on the lake on the first one it opened to the locals group. That was amazing. I'll be back up soon for sure

Drove by morning of the 4th no plane! Back by afternoon of the 7th and saw it sitting there!

Thanks....I was on the wrong side of the river.
I thought the only runway was just south of the paved one...on the south side of the river.
If you look close you can see a dirt strip (have to use your imagination)...I'm sure totally unusable for much of anything.
Not even sure it was ever a dirt strip now.
