Have not been here for awhile. I've been more into shooting sporting clays, range is on few minutes from the house. Was taking care of my 90 year old mother for the last 1.5 years couldn't get away very long. She had a great life and is now with dad. The HOLEINTHEWATER and crew will never be on POWELL again. Both my partners have health issues. Going to do some upgrades on the TRACKER this winter and my come up this fall, if it gets a bunch of water. I finally got all my years of photos from PHOTOBUCKET , that they were holding hostage. My son-in-law figured how to get them. Going threw them brought back a lot of good memory's.
HOPE YOU ALL HAD A GREAT CHRISTMAS AND EVEN A BETTER NEW YEAR.

Sorry for your loss, I think it's good you were able to spend her last days with her, as hard as some days can be. I am caring for my father now, and as I am sure there will be some hard days ahead I'm thankful for every day I have with him. I for one would love to see any of those old photos and stories of Powell that you can share . Take care and I hope you are able to still make more memories at Powell.

Condolences. My thoughts are with you. It is difficult to lose Lake Powell, to be gone. We still have memory though, and that is powerful. In fact, I was just looking at Wayne's snow pics, and remembering great moments under virtually each bend in the Narrows and under the ledges in the main channels. Take care of yourself.

Dave, Thanks for sharing your story with us. It's hard to move from being young to getting older. Many on this site understand your situation. Thanks for being a BIG PART of WW for a very long time. Get back to the lake as soon as you can. Maybe you can find a new crew to come with you.
