Heading to bullfrog for our annual trip .

Does anyone have any recent pointers for where / what lures / colors are working right now ? It looks like the smallies have leprecy or something.
We aren't picky and target anything that's willing. Thanks all

We are camped at Rincon.
Smallmouth and largemouth will hit any surface popper in the morning. No sores on any fish we caught. Grubs or crankbait during the day. Found a large school of stripers about 1/4 mile in escalante. Not in best shape. Also lots of really nice bluegill. Grub with smaller hook . Good luck.

We went south this last week for smallies. They were stuffed with crawdads. Chartreuse jigs and double tails were money for us.

I got onto a lot of Blue Gill with some crappie on the first tree in Lake Canyon , last weekend . Fish in the cleaner water , not the green algae stuff. Little stripers is all i could catch where in good shape. Small mouth bass where more active than the stripers .
