Maybe not the best pictures of Powell but family and friends sure help make it a special place for me. My grandkids are not kids anymore and I am sure my time with them will be less and less as their life’s take them on the journeys they have in front of them. I hope these memories will be with them for a lifetime.
@Squirrel I haven't had the opportunity to get out there this year. That is last year. @Dworwood the main water sports activity trip is around July 4th. Come on out. We will give you a lesson on the Sky Ski or the surfboard!
Post pictures of your biggest fish captured in 2021. We begin with Jeff Moody fishing with Bob Reed - St George UT with a Lake Powell Striper - 17.4 pounds
That makes me feel kind of sheepish! In January I took pictures of the boat ramps and didn't get any of the fish we caught. I think my priorities were in the wrong place! LOL Everyone asked for ramp pictures and I forgot the most important ones of fish.
Nice crappie, nice picture! Maybe next year I will remember to record the first fish!
Actually, these are far from my favorite photos, but thought I would share anyway. As recently as a few years ago, you had to look to find quagga on the far north end. Sadly, that is no longer the case. The rocks look like they have a fungus on them. I think the days of going barefoot on the shore are over.
