|1 Lb.||Italian Sausage, browned & crumbled (I cook and freeze at home, then thaw the night before I make breakfast)|
|21 oz||Green Chili, diced & drained|
|32 oz||Sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded|
|12 oz||Evaporated Milk|
DIRECTIONSPreheat oven to 350º.
Brown & crumble the sausage; drain the grease and put sausage aside.
Grease a 13x9 baking dish
Layer the baking dish with green chili’s
Sprinkle the Italian sausage over chili's
Sprinkle cheese over sausage
In a medium bowl, whisk eggs, flour and evaporated milk
Pour egg mixture over cheese
Bake at 350º for 50 – 55 minutes.
Serve with warm tortillas and refried beans –
Serve with fruit or pastry for a sweet/salty contrast
