Day 3 at Buoy 3, and another fantastic fishing day. Caught 55 fish! We arrived at Buoy 3 at 2 pm and fished until 7 pm. 90 % of the fish caught was healthy and fat! Very few skinny ones. The bite really started to take off after 5 pm. We would of stayed longer, but ran out of anchovies. Get out and harvest those stripers! We also heard from other anglers at the fish cleaning station that Antelope Canyon and the Dam is doing very well.. If you want to avoid the fishing fleet at the Dam, go to Antelope Canyon and Buoy 3. You will have to have strong sea legs for Buoy 3 since it’s in the Main Channel, but worth the catch.
