Is it just me? I wanted to see the water cover the Bullfrog launch ramp round pool. Now when the web cam is fixed the whole thing will be gone. Oh well, at least the water is going up. Oh to be 1983/1984 when they could not release the water fast enou

Yep, I was watching for that to happen too. Sent a message to NPS, but I guess that doesn't really go anywhere.

I was down and walked it Saturday. The dam should have been gone. All of it is fill dirt. When they had the excavator and trucks they only plucked the big rocks and knocked down the humps on it. They could have increased the usability by 2 weeks with a few hours of work.

Sure do miss seeing lake rise on the Bullfrog webcam. Anyone got any better connections with NPS that can pull strings to get the webcam rebooted?

On Wednesday only about 1/3 of coffer dam was visible. Just the edges. In inflow continues at 6 inches a day I think it will be open next weekend. Also much more snow fell in the Colorado high country. Up to 20 inches of wet slop in many areas.
