For your information the Bullfrog Pump Out station has moved to the North side of the Executive services marina along with the NPS Dock.

The falling water has led to the boat rental dock crowding in on the executive services dock and it appears as though they were running out of room between the two for the pump out station and the NPS dock.

Now the park services is having to dig and reroute the sewer lines going to the pump station so it will likely be down for a week or so as construction is underway.

That looks like it is going to be cluster #### with no clearance to the shore and NPS docks.

If It’s launch at your own risk, why is the Bullfrog ramp closed? I can see a 60’ houseboat having problems but smaller boats may be ok. I agree that this spring is gonna be a cluster, especially people who are there solo many times, like me. Sq. Sorry if this is in the wrong thread.

Again it's amazing they put those pumpout docks and the fuel/rental docks in there anyhow. The lake has been this low before. The ramps as well. Bullfrog has a mile of gravel to travel before getting to the alternate ramp and private docks. Parking will be an exercise in road rage and musical chairs. Now the other docks will be over there too. I think those Aramark planners should get bonuses for the far sighted master planning. Oh yeah let's raise those rates as well. One more thing let's put the ferry dock right next to the alternative ramp again to add to our vacation fun. Oops gotta go before I get in trouble. Gold Cup said all that I just typed.

Has anyone been over to Halls? Guessing there well be similar issues there with Fuel and pumpout so close to each other. Looks like the launch ramp should continue to be in service until 3550.

Well hopefully we will get a big run off and open the main ramp by early summer.

I also agree with @Kbass in that the biggest issue is going to be parking.

We have launched from the Exec ramp for probably the last 10 years since we are in the slips. Parking has been terrible for about the last 3 since they no longer allow trailer parking down on the dirt.

Several trips over the last two years we ended up parking up by the old marina store which is well over a mile walk back to the slips.

Going to be even worse if the main ramp is closed.

Aramark should be forced to extend the hours of the shuttle if it stays this way.

Good luck with forcing Aramark to do anything. There is no representation by consumers or boaters in policy making and we have a vender without a contract or motivation to change. We suggested golf cart shuttles at both ramps several years ago. How's that working? I'm wondering as a federal vender how they can skirt American Disabilities Act requirements. Bullfrog boaters pay the same prices but get less sevices as other marina customers to the south. I will qualify that the front line employees are not responsible for this inequity. And these are some observations of mine over several years. No other marina has a gravel road to private and rental slips on Lake Powell. Why is it at Bullfrog?
