At what water temperature does the fishing slow down?

Thinking of taking kids fishing from Bullfrog around the Thanksgiving holiday, been looking at water levels, and temperatures.
At what water temperature do the fish stop biting? Is this time of the year a good time to fish areas accessible from Bullfrog?
